为明确冬小麦新品种陇鉴 9828 苗期抗条锈性基因类型及其数量,为该品种抗病基因的合理应用提供支撑.2022 年对小麦遗传群体(铭贤 169/陇鉴 9828)的F1、F2 单株及其双亲材料的幼苗分别接种CYR34、CYR32 及新菌系ZS的单孢菌系,进行抗条锈性遗传分析.结果表明,陇鉴 9828 苗期对条锈菌CYR34、CYR32表现中抗,对条锈菌新菌系ZS表现高抗,铭贤 169 表现高度感病.分别接种条锈菌CYR34、CYR32 后,F1 代表现感病,F2 代单株抗感表现分离,符合 1R:3S的分离比值;接种条锈菌新菌系ZS后,F1 代表现抗病,F2 代植株抗感表现分离,符合 3R:1S的分离比值.说明陇鉴 9828 对条锈菌CYR34、CYR32 的苗期抗条锈性均由 1 对隐性抗性基因控制,对条锈菌新菌系ZS的苗期抗病性由 1 对显性抗性基因控制,该研究结果可对冬小麦新品种陇鉴 9828 在生产和育种中应用提供参考.
Genetic Analysis of Stripe Rust Resistance at the Seedling Stage of New Winter Wheat Variety Longjian 9828
To determine the type and quantity of stripe rust resistance genes at the seedling stage of the new winter wheat variety Longjian 9828,and to provide support for the rational application of its disease resistance genes.In 2022,genetic analysis of stripe rust resistance was performed by inoculating seedlings of the wheat genetic population(Mingxian 169/Longjian 9828)F1,F2 single plants,and their parent materials with single spore isolates of CYR34,CYR32,and the new strain ZS of Pst.The results showed that Longjian 9828 exhibited moderate resistance to CYR34 and CYR32 of Pst,and high resistance to the new strain ZS,while Mingxian 169 was highly susceptible.After inoculating with CYR34 and CYR32,the F1 generation showed susceptibility,and the F2 generation showed a segregation ratio of 1R∶3S.After inoculating with the new strain ZS,the F1 generation showed resistance,and the F2 generation showed a segregation ratio of 3R∶1S.This indicates that the seedling stage stripe rust resistance of Longjian 9828 to CYR34 and CYR32 of Pst is controlled by one pair of recessive resistance genes,and the seedling stage disease resistance to the new strain ZS is controlled by one pair of dominant resistance genes.These results can provide a reference for the application of the new winter wheat variety Longjian 9828 in production and breeding.
