摘要
河西走廊作为甘肃酿酒葡萄的优势产区之一,酿酒葡萄原料对葡萄酒品质具有重要的决定意义,因此,对该区酿酒葡萄品质研究进展的明晰具有重要意义.现对河西走廊酿酒葡萄果实品质综合评价和外源物质喷施、栽培措施、土肥水管理调控河西走廊酿酒葡萄果实品质等方面的研究成果进行梳理和归纳,以期为今后河西走廊酿酒葡萄果实品质调控研究提供参考.
Abstract
The Hexi Corridor,as one of the advantageous wine grape production areas in Gansu,plays an important role in determining the quality of wine.Therefore,it is of great significance to elucidate the research progress on the quality of wine grapes in this region.This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the research findings on the comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality,exogenous substances spray,cultivation practices and soil-water management in the regulation of wine grape fruit quality in the Hexi Corridor,aiming to provide references for future studies on quality regulation of wine grape fruit in this region.
