摘要
黑木耳是一种富含多种营养物质、药食兼用的食用菌.针对甘肃省麦积区党川、利桥流域秦岭山区的环境条件和黑木耳生产管理难点,从栽培设施、品种及菌棒的选择、菌棒进棚管理、菌棒刺孔及吊袋、出耳管理、采摘、晾晒、晒棒等方面总结出了黑木耳钢架大棚吊袋栽培关键技术,旨在为麦积区及同类型区黑木耳大棚吊袋生产提供技术指导.
Abstract
Auricularia auricula is an edible fungus rich in a variety of nutrients and used as both medicine and food.In view of the environmental conditions and difficulties in the production management of Auricularia auricula in Qinling mountain areas of Dangchuan and Liqiao Valley in Maiji District of Gansu Province,the key techniques of Auricularia auricula hanging bag cultivation in steel frame greenhouse were summarized from the aspects of cultivation facilities,selection of varieties and sticks,management of fungus sticks entering shed,piercing and hanging bag of fungus sticks,fruiting management,picking,drying and drying of fungus sticks.The aim is to provide technical guidance for the production of Auricularia auricula greenhouses hanging bags in Maiji District and similar areas.
