Sleeve valve pipe grouting is suitable for ground treatment within 50 m below the surface. As the depth increases, engineering challenges such as increased drilling torque, hole collapse, and hole constriction emerge, making conventional techniques inadequate for deeper foundation drilling and grouting requirements. This paper explores the construction technology of"drilling within the 70 m range using simultaneous pipe advancing and reinforcing the foundation through sleeve valve pipe grouting"and studies its associated costs. The results indicate:(1)This technology resolves the issues of hole collapse and hole constriction during the construction of ultra-long sleeve valve pipes.(2)The cost of drilling with simultaneous pipe advancing is higher than that of pipe shed drilling but slightly lower than the unit price of drilling for advanced geological prediction. The unit price of sleeve valve pipe grouting is slightly more expensive than traditional cement grouting.
