The Logical Mechanism of Data Labor Generation and the Capitalization of Data Elements——Based on the Political Economy Analysis Framework
As the dual logic paradigm of capital and labor,data elements are infiltrating the boundary of digital economy,and derivative two complex interweaving paths of data labor and data capital as growth process.Why the possibility and possibility of data elements capitalization is the core issue of the current marketization construction of data elements.Based on the theoretical framework of political economy,on the basis of clarifying the evolution of data labor concept,this paper analyzes the logical mechanism of data elements participating in value creation and realization from the dimensions of knowledge emergence and spillover of spatial data flow,productive data labor and the function field of digital platform.To dialectically examine the possibility and tension of capitalization of data factors,we should not only give play to the positive utility of enabling digital economy and broadening the boundary of production possibility,but also actively solve the deep contradictions such as data trend of data,unequal labor cooperation relationship and power penetration of knowledge content highlighted in the process of capitalization of data factors.Based on the current data relationship with data elements of capitalization movement law representation and data labor value production mode,with"data development"concept to lead the construction of data elements based system and data management modernization system,in the paradox of capital civilization creative specification and control the healthy development of data capital,build capital new ecological pattern,inject strong momentum for digital China construction.
