The deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy is a crucial approach to perfecting the modern econom-ic system and enhancing national competitiveness.The institutional requirements for this integration include a strategic focus on building a strong manufacturing country,innovation in digital infrastructure and industrial enterprise forms,the utilization and reg-ulation of major industrial funds,and mechanisms to reduce tax and fee burdens while ensuring reasonable investment in manufac-turing.To achieve deep integration,it is necessary to promote new industrial innovations,develop digital infrastructure,effective-ly use major industrial funds,improve industrial efficiency,cut costs,and foster a legal business environment.
