Research on Adaptive Digital Services to Protect the Rights and Interests of Rural Digital Vulnerable Groups
Protecting the basic rights and interests of rural digital vulnerable groups from infringement is a key measure to improve the rural digital governance system, and also an important content of bridging the digital divide between urban and rural areas. This research constructs the theoretical framework of adaptive digital service, and deeply analyzes the optimization strategy of protecting the rights and interests of rural digital vulnerable groups from four aspects:service goal, service concept, service structure and ser-vice value. It is found that the current practice of adaptive digital services to protect the rights and interests of rural digital vulnera-ble groups includes new concept guidance, differentiated positioning,scenario-based design and high-quality operation, and its in-ternal mechanism is reflected in the technology adaptation, emotional adaptation, mechanism adaptation and value adaptation of digital services. However, due to the influence of the development progress of digital rural areas, there are still some practical prob-lems of insufficient service coverage, insufficient universality, insufficient response and low satisfaction in the protection of the rights and interests of digital vulnerable groups in rural areas.Based on this,in the future,we should expand the coverage of adap-tive digital services, enhance the universality of adaptive digital services, enhance the degree of adaptive digital services, enhance the response degree of adaptive digital services, improve the satisfaction of adaptive digital services, and truly promote the realiza-tion of the high-quality development goal of digital rural areas.
