摘要
介绍胡斌教授基于"通养结合"理论治疗产后乳痈的临证经验.其认为,乳房局部气血壅滞、乳络闭阻为产后乳痈发病的直接原因,气机郁滞、气郁化火是产后乳痈发生、发展的重要因素;其临证基于"通养结合"理论,采用中医内治及外治等方法,注重理气活血、调和气血,同时辅以疏肝解郁、理气和胃、健脾养心等治法,并配合按摩通乳、针刺放血、切开排脓、微波热疗以及饮食与情志调护等方法,从而达到通乳消肿的目的.附典型病案1则以验证.
Abstract
This paper introduces professor HU Bin's clinical experience in the treatment of postpartum mastitis based on the theory of"combination of dredging and nourishing".HU Bin believes that the stagnation of qi and blood in the breast and the obstruction of mammary collaterals are the direct causes of postpartum mastitis,and the qi stagnation and qi depression transforming into fire are key factors for the occurrence and development of postpar-tum mastitis.Based on the theory of"combination of dredging and nourishing",he combines internal and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,focusing on regulating qi and activating blood and harmonizing qi and blood,supplemented by soothing the liver and relieving depression,regulating qi and stomach,invigorating the spleen and nourishing the heart,and combined with massage to clear mammary collaterals,acupuncture bloodletting,incision and drainage of pus,microwave hyperthermia,diet and emotional care and so on,so as to achieve the pur-pose of dredging mammary collaterals and reducing swelling.A typical medical record is attached for verification.
