足太阳经筋循行分布在现代解剖学中的对应关系

摘要
足太阳经筋起于足小趾,循背侧上行直至头项,由头的前方下行至颜面部.经筋与人体肌肉、肌腱、韧带、神经、血管及肌筋膜组织等密切相关,但经筋理论在现代诊疗活动中的应用具有极大的局限性.通过分析古籍文献,将足太阳经筋循行分布路线与现代解剖学中的人体肌肉及周围组织、神经等进行对应,建立经筋理论的现代科学构架,从而更好地在临床诊疗中应用经筋理论.
Abstract
The foot Taiyang meridian starts from the little toe,goes up from the back to the head,and goes down from the front of the head to the face.Meridian is closely related to human muscles,tendons,ligaments,nerves,blood vessels and musculofascial tissues,but the application of meridian theory in modern diagnosis and treatment has great limitations.By analyzing the ancient literature,this study corresponds the running and distribution route of foot Taiyang meridian with human muscles,surrounding tissues and nerves in modern anatomy,and establishes a modem scientific framework of the meridian theory,so as to better apply the meridian theory in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
