摘要
目的 研究羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)对栀子水提物流动性的影响.方法 采用单因素试验分别考察HPMC含量及固含量的范围,再以中心复合试验考察HPMC含量和固含量对HPMC-栀子水提物复合粒子流动性的影响.结果 以休止角作为流动性的考察指标,得最优处方为:HPMC用量8.45%,喷雾物料固含量19.08%;对模型的预测值进行验证,预测值与实测值的误差较小,为0.58%;栀子水提物的休止角为34.8°.结论 加入一定量的HPMC与栀子水提物进行共喷雾干燥,可解决栀子水提物流动性差的问题.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)on the fluidity of aqueous extract of Gardenia Fructus.Methods The single factor test was used to investigate the range of HPMC content and solid content,and then the central composite test was used to investigate the effect of HPMC content and solid content on the fluidity of HPMC-Gardenia aqueous extract composite particles.Results Taking the angle of reposi-tion as the fluidity index,the optimal prescription was:the amount of HPMC 8.45%,the solid content of spray mate-rial 19.08%;the predicted value of the model is verified,and the error between the predicted value and the mea-sured value is 0.58%.The repose angle of the water extract of Gardenia Fructus was 34.8°.Conclusion By adding a certain amount of HPMC and gardenia water extract for co-spray drying,the problem of poor flow of gardenia water extract can be solved.
