目的 观察Mckenzie疗法联合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将70例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例.对照组予针刺(主穴选取风池、风府、天柱、完骨)治疗,治疗组予Mckenzie疗法联合针刺治疗,连续治疗2周后比较2组的临床疗效以及治疗前后"颈椎病临床客观评价量表项目和评分标准"(CASCS)评分、"颈型眩晕症状与功能评估量表"(ESCV)评分.结果 治疗后2组CASCS、ESCV评分均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且治疗组升高更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组总有效率为71.4％(25/35),治疗组为82.9％(29/35),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Mckenzie疗法联合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广.
Clinical observation of 35 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated by Mckenzie therapy combined with acupuncture
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Mckenzie therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods 70 patients with CAS were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture[the main points were selected as Fengchi(GB20),Fengfu(DU16),Tianzhu(BL10)and Wangu(GB12)],while the treatment group was treated with Mckenzie therapy combined with acupuncture.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,as well as the scores of"clini-cal assessment scale for cervical spondylosis"(CASCS)and"evaluation scale cervical vertigo"(ESCV)before and after treatment.Results After treatment,CASCS and ESCV scores of 2 groups were significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the increase was more ob-vious in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 71.4％(25/35)in the control group and 82.9％(29/35)in the treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mckenzie therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of CSA has significant efficacy,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
