摘要
查阅近年来国内外相关文献,对胡椒碱、姜黄素、橄榄油刺激醛、葱提取物、蛇床子提取物、胡桃楸提取物等天然化合物治疗肝癌的作用机制研究进行概述.指出天然化合物主要通过抑制癌细胞转移、诱导癌细胞凋亡、抑制癌细胞血管生成、降低癌细胞耐药性等多种途径发挥其抗肿瘤作用.虽然目前有关天然化合物治疗肝癌的相关研究逐渐增多,但是多为基础性研究,关于其临床应用的安全性和疗效仍不明确,今后需要更多的临床应用性研究加以验证.
Abstract
By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper summarizes the research on the mechanism of action of natural compounds such as piperine,curcumin,oleocanthal,allium extract,osthole extract,Juglans mandshurica maxim extract in the treatment of liver cancer.It is pointed out that natural compounds exert their anti-tumor effects mainly through various pathways such as inhibiting cancer cell metastasis,inducing cancer cell apoptosis,inhibiting cancer cell angiogenesis,and reducing cancer cell drug resistance.Al-though there are more and more researches on natural compounds in the treatment of liver cancer,many of them are still in the basic stage,and the safety and efficacy of their clinical application are still unclear,and more clinical ap-plication studies are needed for verification in the future.
