中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症体外受精-胚胎移植不同阶段研究进展

查阅相关文献,从病因病机、分期辨证及序贯治疗两大方面对中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)不同阶段(垂体降调节期、控制性超促排卵期、胚胎植入期及保胎安胎期)研究进展进行概述.指出行IVF-ET的PCOS不孕症患者辨证多为本虚标实证,肾亏络阻证是PCOS不孕症患者的主要证型.中医药在辅助生殖技术(ART)中有着广阔的应用前景,可以考虑引入更多的中医外治法作为辅助干预措施.
Abstract
By reviewing relevant literature,the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treat-ment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility in different stages of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)(pituitary down-regulation period,controlled ovarian hyperstimulation period,embryo implantation period and fetal protection period)was summarized from etiology and pathogenesis,stage syndrome differentiation and sequen-tial treatment.It is pointed out that the syndrome of deficiency at the root and excess in the branches and kidney de-ficiency with collaterals obstruction is the main type of PCOS infertility patients undergoing IVF-ET.Traditional Chi-nese medicine has a broad application prospect in assisted reproductive technology(ART),and more external treat-ment methods of traditional Chinese medicine as auxiliary intervention measures should be introduced.
