摘要
从单纯针刺及针刺联合其他疗法两方面整理并归纳了近年来国内外针刺治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床研究进展.发现针刺治疗脑卒中后失眠具有疗效显著、无依赖性等优势,但同时也存在取穴与针刺手法多样,不利于量化,推广难度大,疗效评定时主观性较强,作用机制研究不够深入等不足.因此,今后应加强以上几个方面的研究,从而进一步提高针刺治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床疗效.
Abstract
The clinical research progress of acupuncture in treating post-stroke insomnia at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed from the aspects of acupuncture alone and acupuncture combined with other therapies.It was found that acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke insomnia has the advantages of significant efficacy and no dependence,but there are also shortcomings such as inconsistent point selection and acupuncture techniques,diffi-cult quantification and promotion,strong subjectivity in the evaluation of efficacy,and insufficient in-depth research on the mechanism of action.Therefore,studies should be strengthened in these aspects in the future to improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia after stroke.
