摘要
对王东生教授采用经方治疗偏头痛的临床经验进行总结分析.其认为,偏头痛常因精神紧张、抑郁、焦虑、烦躁、愤怒等情志不畅后诱发,临床多见胸胁苦满、默默不欲饮食、心烦喜呕、口苦、咽干、脉弦等少阳证证候,故主要从少阳论治偏头痛,并根据大便便质,将其分为少阳证、少阳阳明合病证、少阳太阴合病证3个证型;治疗时重视头痛专药及其用量,并随证加减用药,同时亦重视服药后调摄护理,只要辨证准确,依法论治,收效迅捷.附典型病案2则以验证.
Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive summary and analysis of professor WANG Dongsheng's clini-cal expertise in treating migraine with traditional prescriptions.It is suggested that migraine is often triggered by psychological factors such as mental tension,depression,anxiety,irritability,and anger.Clinically,there are more Shaoyang syndromes characterized by chest and hypochondrium pain,reduced speech,loss of appetite,restlessness,nausea and vomiting,bitter taste in the mouth,dry throat,and wiry pulse.Therefore,the treatment of migraine prima-rily focuses on addressing Shaoyang syndrome.Based on excrement conditions,it can be categorized into three types:Shaoyang syndrome type,Shaoyang Yangming syndrome type and Shaoyang Taiyin syndrome type.In treat-ment,special attention should be given to specific medications and their dosages based on individual syndromes.Ad-ditionally,nursing care after medication intake should also be emphasized.As long as the dialectic is accurate and treated according to law,the treatment will have a rapid effect.2 typical medical records is attached for verification.
