Professor ZHANG Nianzhi's experience in treating CTD-ILD with lung Bi theory
This article summarizes professor ZHANG Nianzhi's clinical experience in treating interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD)related to connective tissue disease.It is believed that the treatment of CTD-ILD should be based on the theory of lung Bi syndrome.Bi syndrome in lung is caused by the prolonged non healing of Bi syndrome of the five body constituents(bones,tendons,veins,muscle,and skin)and the internal evil qi.The pathoge-nesis of this di-sease lies in the combination of deficiency and excess,with deficiency and stasis being the main cha-racteristics of its pathogenesis.Qi and yin deficiency are the root causes of the disease,and nourishing qi and yin should be integrated throughout the treatment of the disease.As the disease progresses,drugs for clearing heat,detoxifying phlegm,and re-moving blood stasis should be added to achieve good therapeutic effects.Attached is a typical medical record for veri-fication.
