摘要
梳理并总结王小荣副教授基于"命门"学说辨治痹病的经验.其认为,痹病发病以"命门"虚损为根本,外邪侵袭、肾精亏虚、脾胃虚弱、肝血不足是发病及病情进展的重要因素.其强调治疗痹病宜固本与祛邪相结合,固本应以温养"命门"为主,兼顾补肾精、益脾胃、养肝血,祛邪以祛风散寒除湿为主,提出了基于"命门"学说辨治痹病的治疗思路,经临床验证,效果显著.附典型病案1则以验证.
Abstract
This article analyses and summarizes the clinical experience of associate professor WANG Xiaorong in the treatment of Bi syndrome based on"Mingmen"theory.He posits that the etiology of Bi syndrome is rooted in the deficiency of the"Mingmen",and invasion by external pathogens,kidney essence deficiency,spleen and sto-mach weakness,and liver blood deficiency are the important factor of disease paroxysm and progression.He emphasizes that treatment for Bi syndrome should combine strengthening the foundation with eliminating the pathogenic factors.Strengthening the foundation should focus on warming and nourishing the"Mingmen",while also tonifying kidney es-sence,invigorating spleen and stomach,nourishing liver blood.Eliminating the pathogenic factors entails focusing on dispelling wind,dissipating cold,and dehumidification.He proposes the treatment approach of Bi syndrome based on the"Mingmen"theory which has been clinically validated with remarkable results.A typical medical record is atta-ched for verification.
