铁棒锤炮制方法及"减毒存效"炮制原理研究进展

摘要
通过查阅和整理近年来的相关文献,主要从铁棒锤的炮制方法、炮制对其化学成分及药理作用的影响及"减毒存效"的炮制原理等3个方面对铁棒锤的炮制研究进展进行概述.发现铁棒锤较常用、规范的炮制方法为水煮法、蒸制法及砂炒法,为规范铁棒锤的炮制工艺、阐明铁棒锤"减毒存效"的炮制原理、铁棒锤的深入研究开发及临床安全用药提供参考.
Abstract
By reviewing and sorting out the relevant literature in recent years,an overview of Aconitum pendu-lum Busch is provided from its processing methods,the influence of processing on its chemical composition and pharmacological action,and the processing principle of"reducing toxicity and retaining effectiveness".It was found that the commonly used and standardized processing methods of Aconitum pendulum Busch are boiling,steaming,and sand frying.This provides reference for standardizing the processing technology of Aconitum pendulum Busch,clarifying the processing principle of"reducing toxicity and retaining effectiveness"of Aconitum pendulum Bus-chrod,as well as its in-depth research and development,and clinical medication safety.
