温通针法治疗心脑血管疾病临床应用及作用机制研究进展

摘要
查阅相关文献,从临床应用、作用机制两方面对温通针法治疗心脑血管疾病的研究情况进行概述,指出温通针法治疗心脑血管疾病具有疗效确切、操作简便、绿色安全等优点,但目前仍存在样本量少,操作手法无法统一量化,缺乏定期回访,无法掌握远期疗效及复发情况,且作用机制研究较少等不足,今后应弥补以上不足,从而展现温通针法的优势,为其治疗心脑血管疾病提供可靠依据.
Abstract
By reviewing relevant literature,this paper provides an overview of the research on the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with warming-unblocking needling method from its clinical application and mechanism of action.It is pointed out that warming-unblocking needling method is effective in treatment of car-diovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,easy to operate,pollution-free and safe.However,there are still deficien-cies of this method,such as insufficient samples,no uniform quantification of operational techniques,lack of regular follow-up to learn about long-term efficacy and recurrence,and limited research on the mechanism of action.In the future,efforts should be made to address these shortcomings in order to demonstrate the advantages of the warming-unblocking needling method and provide a reliable basis for its use in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebro-vascular diseases.
