古典针法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究进展

摘要
查阅近十年来针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎的相关文献,并对记录于《黄帝内经》《针灸大全》等古籍中的针法及郑氏针法等古典针法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究进行概述.指出古典针法治疗膝骨性关节炎存在临床样本量小,缺乏远期回访,治疗机制不明确,客观指标不统一,研究设计未能严格遵循双盲、重复等基本原则,证型与治疗方法之间是否吻合等问题,在今后的研究中应对以上问题进行完善,以利于古典针法治疗膝骨性关节炎的进一步推广.
Abstract
The study referred to the relevant literature on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture in the past ten years,and reviewed the clinical research on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with classical acu-puncture methods in ancient books Huangdi Neijing and Zhenjiu Daquan and ZHENG's acupuncture method recor-ded.It is pointed out that the research of classical acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis has such deficiency as small clinical sample size,lack of long-term follow-up,unclear treatment mechanism,inconsistent objective indica-tors,failure to strictly follow the basic principles of double blindness and duplication,and problem of whether the syndrome type is consistent with the treatment method.In future research,the above issues should be improved to facilitate the further promotion of classical acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
