摘要
目前中医学界对"同气相求"思想的研究主要集中在"气"的属性分类及内容划分方面,对《黄帝内经》"同气相求"观的来源与临床应用研究,特别是临床应用范式研究相对薄弱.故以《黄帝内经》为主要研究对象,以其"开阖枢"、"五运六气"及"三因观"理论为研究重点,综合探讨《黄帝内经》"同气相求"观的来源与临床运用规范形式,总结得出"三因观"理论是《黄帝内经》"同气相求"观临床应用较为规范的形式,以期为中医学理论的临床应用拓展思路.
Abstract
In the theory of Chinese medicine,the research on the thought of"sensation and response"primarily focuses on the attribute classification and content division of"qi".However,there is a relative lack of research on the origin and clinical application of the theory"sensation and response"in Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,espe-cially on the clinical application paradigms.Therefore,this paper aims to comprehensively discuss the source and standard form of clinical application of the theory"sensation and response"in Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,with a focus on theories such as"opening,closing,and pivoting","five elements and six qi",and"three causes view".It concludes that the theory of"three causes view"represents a relatively standard form of clinical application of the theory"sensation and response"in Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,aiming to contribute to the development of ideas for TCM theory's clinical application.
