"五诊四辨"的中西医临床新思维

摘要
为细化中医诊病要点,凸显中医诊病的独到优势,提出了"五诊四辨"中西医临床新思维,并进行深入探讨."五诊"是在望、闻、问、切四诊基础上添加了"查诊","四辨"是以八纲辨证为基础,把辨证内容概括为辨病位、病性、病邪和病势4项内容.该诊病体系是对中医"八纲辨证""脏腑辨证"的有益补充,不仅有利于传承和发掘中医经典古籍,反思临床治疗得失,更有利于构建更为系统完整、客观详细的中医诊病思路,有助于提高临床疗效,推动中西医结合发展.
Abstract
In order to refine the essence of TCM diagnosis and highlight its unique advantages,this paper puts forward a new clinical thinking of traditional Chinese and western medicine with"five diagnostic methods and four differentiating approaches",and carries on an in-depth discussion.The"five diagnostic methods",based on obser-ving,listening,asking,and feeling pulses,includes examination in addition."Four differentiating approaches"is to clarify the location,pathogenic factors,evil and trend of the disease on the basis of"eight principles of syndrome differentiation".This diagnostic system serves as a beneficial supplement to traditional Chinese medicine's"eight principles of syndrome differentiation"and"viscera syndrome differentiation",facilitating the inheritance and ex-ploration of classic and ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,reflecting on clinical treatment while promo-ting the formation of a more systematic,comprehensive,objective and detailed approach to TCM diagnosis.This will ultimately help improve clinical efficacy and advance the development of integration traditional Chinese and western medicine.
