基于经筋理论探讨原发性三叉神经痛的针灸诊疗思路

摘要
通过对经典医籍及现代研究文献的整理发掘,认为原发性三叉神经痛的发病与三阳经筋密切相关,治疗方面应从经筋理论着手,从"以痛为腧""依脉引筋气""疏导阳气,濡筋养神"三方面立法选穴,直接施术于经筋病变局部,以期为临床治疗原发性三叉神经痛提供新的思路.
Abstract
Based on the collation and exploration of classical medical texts and modern research literature,it is hypothesized that the onset of primary trigeminal neuralgia is closely associated with the Sanyang meridian sinew.Treatment should therefore be approached from the perspective of meridian sinew theory,focusing on three aspects:"taking pain point as the target acupoint","guiding meridian sinew qi along the meridian course",and"regulating Yang qi to nourish meridian sinew and spirit".Direct application of these principles to the affected area of the me-ridian sinew may offer a new approach for clinical treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
