中药七情"相恶"配伍的历史变迁及现代研究进展

摘要
查阅相关文献,从相恶内涵的沿革考证、相恶配伍临床应用、相恶药对的研究概况等3个方面对中药七情之"相恶"配伍进行概述.发现相恶内涵在历代本草中存在药效制约与毒性制约2种不同观点,目前普遍认为相恶是二药合用后,一种药物的某一种功效被另一种药物削弱.然而,相恶配伍在经方及现代临床中却有一定应用,且疗效显著.通过现代研究,发现相恶药对拮抗减效与药物炮制、配伍比例、组方中其他药物作用等有一定关联性.因此,相恶配伍是临床可用的一种特殊配伍关系,应辨证配伍,合理应用.
Abstract
This article summarizes the mutual inhibition of Chinese medicine compatibilityamong seven rela-tions in Chinese medicine by referencing relevant literature,focusing on historical research of its connotation,clini-cal applications,and the drug compatibility studies.It is noted that there are two different views on the mutual inhibi-tion of Chinese medicine compatibility in the history:efficacy restriction and toxicity restriction.While it is generally believed that the mutual inhibitionof Chinese medicine compatibility weakens the effect of one another after combi-nation of two drugs,it has shown remarkable effects in prescription and modern clinical practice.Modern research in-dicates that mutual inhibitionis correlated with drug processing,compatibility ratio,and other drugs in formulations.Therefore,he mutual inhibition is a special relationship that can be used clinically and should be applied rationally based on syndrome differentiation.
