摘要
查阅近些年关于针刺治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的相关文献,从普通针法、特色针法2个方面对针刺治疗VD的临床研究进行概述,认为各种针法均可不同程度地改善患者的临床症状,降低可能导致VD发生、发展的危险因素,显示出针刺治疗该病的特色和优势.同时分析目前研究中存在针刺方法缺乏统一标准、样本说服力不足、机制研究不够深入等问题,意在完善VD的临床治疗体系.
Abstract
By reviewing recent literature on acupuncture treatment for vascular dementia(VD),this paper pro-vides an overview of clinical research on acupuncture treatment for VD from ordinary acupuncture,characteristic acupuncture.It is believed that all these acupuncture methods can improve the clinical symptoms of patients to varying degrees and reduce the risk factors that may lead to the development and progression of VD,demonstrating the characteristics and advantages of acupuncture treatment for this disease.At the same time,the existing problems in current research are presented such as lack of unified standards for acupuncture methods,insufficient convincing samples and insufficient mechanism research,aiming to complementing the clinical treatment technology system of VD.
