死脉的现代临床研究概况

摘要
查阅相关文献,从死脉与心律失常、死脉与高血压病及其危象、死脉与其他急危重症3个方面对死脉的现代临床研究进行概述,指出"死脉"并非"必死之脉",而是疾病恶化、由安转危的一个重要提示,只要及时施救亦可度过险情.今后临床应重视死脉的脉象研究,并将中医脉诊更多地运用到临床诊疗中,以提高临床辨证水平,早期发现险情,及时治疗,从而挽救患者的生命.
Abstract
By referring to relevant literature,this paper overviews the modern clinical research of"dead pulse"from the correlations between dead pulse and arrhythmia,hypertension and its crisis,and other acute and critical diseases.It points out that dead pulse is not"the pulse of death",but an important reminder of disease deterioration and transformation from safety to danger,as long as there's timely rescue,patients can survive the danger.In the future,we should pay more attention to the research of dead pulse,and apply more TCM pulse diagnosis to clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve the level of clinical syndrome differentiation,early detection of dangerous situations,timely treatment to save patients'lives.
