摘要
介绍名老中医曹奕教授通过针灸联合温经浴袋熏洗治疗类风湿关节炎的临床经验.其认为,类风湿关节炎的基本病机为正气亏虚,脏腑失调,阴阳失衡,痰瘀互结,虚实夹杂,针刺治疗以扶正补虚、调和阴阳、化痰祛瘀、通络止痛为主,同时配合督脉灸及温经浴袋熏洗,临床疗效显著.附典型病案1则以验证.
Abstract
This paper presents the clinical experience of professor CAO Yi,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,in treating rheumatoid arthritis using a combination of acupuncture,moxibustion and fumiga-tion with warming-meridian bath bag.It is believed that the fundamental pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis involves deficiency of positive qi,visceral disorder,Yin-Yang imbalance,phlegm-blood stasis intermingling,and deficiency-excess intermixing.Acupuncture treatment primarily focuses on reinforcing deficiencies,harmonizing Yin and Yang,eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,as well as clearing collaterals and relieving pain.When combined with moxibus-tion on Dumai and fumigation with warming-meridian bath bag application,significant clinical effects are observed.A representative medical record is attached for verification.
