摘要
根据不同病因引起的各类临床症状,结合与目相关的经络循行、穴位特性以及脏腑功能关系进行辨证归经,将动眼神经麻痹分为肝胆经病证、心经病证、脾胃经病证、肾经病证等4种不同的证型,再根据古代相关经络文献与临床针刺取穴规律进行整理研究,辨经取穴,以期为临床针刺选穴治疗动眼神经麻痹提供参考.
Abstract
Based on diverse clinical symptoms caused by various reasons,this paper,in conjunction with the circulation of meridians,characteristics of acupoints,and the relationship between functions of zangfu organs related to the eyes,conducted syndrome differentiation and meridian tropism,categorizing oculomotor paralysis into four dis-tinct syndrome types:syndrome of liver-gallbladder meridian,heart meridian,spleen-stomach meridian,and kidney meridian.By organizing the ancient relevant meridians literature and sorting out clinical acupuncture acupoint selec-tion regulations,the paper discussed meridian differentiation and acupoint selection,providing a reference for clini-cal acupuncture in the treatment of oculomotor paralysis.
