摘要
查阅相关文献,从取穴、手法特点及临床应用两方面对郑氏温通针法在眼科疾病(眼表疾病、眼底疾病、青少年近视、儿童弱视、其他眼科疾病)中的应用进行概述,认为郑氏温通针法可在很大程度上减少针刺次数,延长针刺效应时间,疗效确切;同时发现郑氏温通针法治疗眼科疾病的实验研究较少,作用机制尚不清楚,需要进一步深入研究;此外,应规范手法操作、优化治疗手段、完善针灸理论,为温通针法的临床应用提供科学依据.
Abstract
The paper provides an overview of the application of ZHENG's warming-dredging needling in oph-thalmic diseases(including ocular surface diseases,fundus diseases,juvenile myopia,children amblyopia,and other ophthalmic diseases)from the aspects of acupoint selection,manipulation characteristics,and clinical application.It is concluded that ZHENG's warming-dredging needling can significantly reduce the frequency of acupuncture,pro-long the effect duration of acupuncture,and demonstrate a definite therapeutic effect.However,it is noted that there are relatively few experimental studies on the treatment of ophthalmic diseases using ZHENG's warming-dredging needling,and its mechanism remains unclear.Therefore,efforts should be made to standardize the manipulation pro-cedures,optimize the treatment methods,and refine the acupuncture theory to provide a scientific basis for the clini-cal application of warming-dredging needling.
