Effect of individualized targeted nursing intervention on psychology and postpartum blood loss of parturients
Objective To investigate the influences of individualized and targeted nursing intervention on psy-chology and postpartum blood loss of parturients. Methods 64 parturients were allocated into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was subjected to routine nursing, while the observation group received individualized and targeted nursing on the ba-sis of the control group. The postpartum blood loss and scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Ra-ting Depression Scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups after six weeks of intervention. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before intervention(P<0.01).Moreover,the decrease was more pronounced in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The postpartum blood loss within 2 and 24 hours in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized and targeted nursing can reduce postpartum blood loss and ameliorate psychology of depression, anxiety, and fear of parturients.
