康复技能大赛促进康复治疗学专业教学改革的思考与探讨

摘要
总结了甘肃中医药大学康复技能大赛的组织与实施情况,重点对康复技能竞赛以赛促学、以赛促练、以赛促教、以赛促改的作用和成效等方面进行了分析,并结合竞赛中学生的实际表现梳理和分析了以往康复治疗学专业教学中的不足与缺陷,针对性地提出了康复治疗学专业教学改革的思路与策略.指出在理论课程教学方面,应注重将康复医学理念贯穿教学全过程,采取课前、课中、课后三阶段引导的教学模式;实践课程教学方面,应进一步优化提升实践教学课程设置,积极推进临床案例模拟与示范教学应用.从而充分利用技能竞赛的检验评判作用,有效提升康复治疗学专业人才培养质量.
Abstract
This paper provides an overview of the organization and implementation of the rehabilitation-skill competitions at Gansu University of Chinese Medicine.It primarily examines the role and impact of the competition in enhancing learning,training,teaching,and reform efforts.Drawing from students'performance in the competi-tion,this paper identifies and analyzes past shortcomings in the teaching of rehabilitation therapy specialty,and pro-poses ideas and strategies for its teaching reform.It emphasizes integrating the concept of rehabilitation medicine throughout theoretical course instruction,as well as adopting a three-stage teaching approach comprising pre-class,in-class,and after-class guidance.Furthermore,it suggests optimizing practical course curriculum design and promo-ting clinical case simulation and demonstration teaching.Ultimately,leveraging skill competitions for testing and evaluation can effectively enhance the quality of training for rehabilitation therapeutics professionals.
