摘要
介绍王思农教授运用角药治疗湿疹的临床经验.王教授认为,禀赋不足、饮食失节、湿热内生与湿疹密切相关,风邪贯穿于湿疹的始终.湿疹可分为急性期、亚急性期、慢性期,急性期以湿热为主,亚急性期多与脾虚湿恋有关,慢性期则多病久耗伤阴血,血虚风燥.其临证又根据分期将湿疹分为湿热蕴肤证、脾虚湿蕴证、血虚风燥证3种证型,依证给予相应角药治疗,疗效确切.并附典型病案1则以验证.
Abstract
This paper presents professor WANG Sinong's clinical experience in treating eczema with triple Chi-nese medicinal groups.Professor WANG believes that eczema is closely related to congenital deficiency,diet disor-der,endogenous dampness and heat;wind evil runs through the whole process of eczema.eczema can be classified into the acute stage,the subacute stage,and the chronic stage.The acute stage is primarily characterized by damp-ness-heat,the subacute stage is mainly related to spleen deficiency and dampness affection,and the chronic stage is marked by chronic illness,chronic depletion of yin qi,blood deficiency,and wind dryness.Based on the stages,ecze-ma can be divided into three syndrome types,namely,syndrome of accumulation of dampness-heat in the skin,spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation,and blood deficiency with wind dryness.A typical case was attached for verification.
