摘要
查阅文献,从头针疗法、舌针疗法、项针疗法、电针疗法、揿针疗法及特色针刺疗法等方面,对近年来针刺治疗脑卒中后失语的临床研究现状进行概述,同时指出目前针刺临床研究存在的问题,如诊疗标准和针刺方法不统一、文献质量参差不齐、缺乏神经电生理方面的研究等,并针对以上问题提出未来的工作方向和研究思路,为脑卒中后失语的临床诊疗提供经验总结.
Abstract
A literature review was conducted in the paper to summarize the clinical research on the treatment of post-stroke aphasia with acupuncture in recent years,from the perspectives of head acupuncture therapy,tongue acu-puncture therapy,cervical acupuncture therapy,electroacupuncture therapy,needle-embedding therapy and special acupuncture therapy.Meanwhile,it pointed out the existing problems in the clinical research of acupuncture,such as inconsistent diagnosis and treatment standards and acupuncture methods,uneven literature quality,and the lack of neuroelectrophysiological research,etc.and proposed future working directions and research ideas in view of the above problems,so as to provide a summary of experience for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of post-stroke aphasia.
