中医药治疗更年期女性睡眠障碍临床研究进展

摘要
查阅相关文献,对更年期女性睡眠障碍的中医病因病机、辨证治疗、中医外治法及其他疗法的临床研究现状进行概述,认为中医药治疗该病具有疗效显著、不良反应小、复发率低等优势,但在临床应用中存在诸如样本量小、辨证不统一、缺乏客观疗效评价标准及周期性随访等方面的不足,在今后的研究中应完善以上不足,以进一步提高临床疗效.
Abstract
By referencing relevant literature,this paper provides an overview of the current clinical research sta-tus on the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and other therapies for sleep disorders in menopausal women.It concludes that traditional Chinese medicine offers signi-ficant curative effects with minimal adverse reactions and fewer recurrences.However,there are some shortcomings in clinical application such as small sample sizes,lack of a unified syndrome differentiation method,absence of objective efficacy evaluation criteria and periodic follow-up.These areas should be improved in future studies to further enhance clinical efficacy.
