针对广义互相关(GCC)算法在强噪声环境下定位精度较低的问题,提出了一种改进的GCC时延估计算法.该算法将最小均方(LMS)算法与二次互相关法结合起来,以此改进传统的GCC算法,从而有效地抑制了噪声的影响,并且通过使用样条插值技术,在二次峰值检测过程中显著提高了时延估计的准确性.仿真结果表明,该算法使得声源坐标位置的误差控制由传统GCC算法的17.7%降低至8.36%以内;而在实际应用测试中,声源坐标位置的误差也由传统GCC算法的42.2%大幅降低至15.4%.
Improved generalized cross-correlation time delay estimation algorithm for sound source localization
To address the issue of low localization accuracy of the generalized cross-correlation(GCC)algorithm in strong noise environments,an improved GCC time delay estimation algorithm is proposed.This algorithm combines the least mean squares(LMS)algorithm with the quadratic cross-correlation method to enhance the traditional GCC algorithm,effectively suppressing the impact of noise.Additionally,spline interpolation techniques are used to significantly improve the accuracy of time delay esti-mation during the secondary peak detection process.The simulation results show that this algorithm reduces the error in sound source coordinate positioning from 17.7%with the traditional GCC algorithm to within 8.36%.In practical application tests,the er-ror in sound source coordinate positioning is also significantly reduced from 42.2%with the traditional GCC algorithm to 15.4%.
