多通道片上微纳波分解复用器的智能逆设计

为获得超小超密集的波分解复用器,提出多通道片上微纳波分解复用器的智能逆设计方法,引入序列二次规划(SQP)算法和有限元法(FEM),辅以插值、整形和二值化等技术手段,实现从功能需求到具体结构的逆向设计.通过该方法,成功设计出多种类型的波分解复用器,并对它们进行实验验证.实验结果表明,所设计的波分解复用器在尺寸、传输效率和消光比等方面均表现出色.
Intelligent inverse design of multi-channel on-chip micronano wavelength division demultiplexer
To obtain ultra small and ultra dense wavelength division demultiplexer,an intelligent inverse design method for mul-ti-channel on-chip micronano wavelength division demultiplexer is proposed.The sequential quadratic program(SQP)algorithm and finite element method(FEM)are introduced,supplemented by interpolation,shaping,and binarization techniques,to achieve reverse design from functional requirements to specific structures.Through this method,multiple types of wavelength division de-multiplexers have been successfully designed and experimentally validated.The experimental results show that the designed wavelength division demultiplexer performs well in terms of size,transmission efficiency,and extinction ratio.
