无源多通道星载光纤滑环可靠性设计与试验

目前关于光纤滑环(FORJ)在空间应用领域的文献较少,设计了一种无源多通道星载FORJ,首先分析了该设备在空间环境中运行时可能面临的问题及挑战,然后基于成熟的技术方案进行了针对性的可靠性设计,最后对设计的星载FORJ进行了试验验证.试验结果表明,所提的无源多通道星载FORJ达到了空间应用要求.
Reliability design and testing of passive multi-channel satellite-borne fiber optic rotary joint
At present,there is limited literature on the application of fiber optic rotary joint(FORJ)in the field of space.A passive multi-channel space-borne FORJ has been designed.Firstly,the potential problems and challenges that the device may face when operating in space environments are analyzed.Then,targeted reliability design is carried out based on mature technical solutions.Finally,the designed space-borne FORJ is experimentally verified.The experimental results indicate that the proposed passive multi-channel space-borne FORJ meets the requirements of space applications.
