铁水包在线个数和铁水包周转频率对于炼铁厂物流有着重要影响.以铁水包高炉配罐制度为切入点,分析了重庆钢铁公司新区的铁水包运转数据,并使用Plant Simulation软件建立3座高炉-3座转炉模式下炼铁厂物流仿真模型,研究了在“3+1+X”制度和优化后的动态制度下,重钢铁钢界面铁水包合理在线个数和铁水包物流参数.结果表明:与“3+1+X”制度相比,动态制度可以减少在线铁水包1个,并减少平均空包时间达20 min,对炼铁厂物流的紧凑、高效和低耗运行有着重要的意义.
Simulation optimization of logistics for iron-making plant based on plant simulation
The number and circle frequency of online iron ladles have significant influence on logistics for iron-making plant.Starting with the iron-ladle preparation regulation,the original data of iron ladle turnover in Chongqing Iron and Steel Company (CISC)were analyzed.Afterwards,a simulation model of logistics for the iron-making plant on the pattern of three blast furnaces-three converters was established with Plant Simulation software.The proper online number and the logistical parameters of iron ladles in CISC were studied under the iron-ladle "3 + 1 + X" system and the dynamic system optimized.The simulation results showed that the dynamic system could decrease online iron ladle number by one and the empty ladle time by average 20 minutes comparing with "3 + 1 + X" system,which was a significant guide for iron-making plants to make their logistics more integrated,efficient and economical.
