Kinetics study on solid-state direct reduction of vanadium-titanium magnetite
In the temperature range of 1 100-1 350 ℃,the isothermal direct reduction experiment of vanadium-titanium magnetite was carried out under the protective atmosphere of inert gas.The influences of reduction temperature and time on the reduction rate and the metallization rate were studied. The results showed that when the temperature was at 1 150-1 350 ℃,the reduction rate was high in the initial 30 min,and then the reduction became slow. The dynamic analysis results showed that at the temperature of 1 100-1 350 ℃,the direct reduction reaction of carbon-burdened vanadium-titanium magnetite was controlled by three-dimensional diffusion.
