福建三安钢铁有限公司炼钢厂钢水中w(O)较高,导致转炉炉底侵蚀严重,炉底维护次数多、时间长、耐材费用高、转炉作业率低.针对这个问题,在炉底维护时采用快补操作,每次炉底维护时间从原来的120min缩短至目前的7 min,有效提高了转炉作业率.在相同冶炼条件下,炉底的耐材消耗得到大幅度降低,吨钢耐材消耗从0.51 kg降到0.24 kg.
Practice of bottom fast-mending operation for converter
The oxygen content of molten steel was high in Steelmaking Plant of San'an Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.in Fujian province,which caused that the erosion of converter bottom was serious,the maintenance frequency of bottom was high and the maintenance time was long,the refractory cost was high,and the converter availability was low.Aiming at this problem,the fast-mending operation was adopted for bottom maintenance.The maintenance time for converter bottom was shortened to 7 min from 120 min.The converter availability was increased effectively.Under the same smelting condition,the refractory consumption for converter bottom was decreased greatly,and the refractory consumption per ton steel was decreased to 0.24 kg from 0.51 kg.
