优化精炼渣去除50Cr5MoV钢中Al2O3夹杂物的实验室研究

为了减少某钢厂EBT-LF-VD-VC工艺生产的50Cr5MoV轧辊钢中的Al2O夹杂物,在实验室条件下,对LF精炼渣进行优化,研究了不同w(CaO) /w(Al2O3)比值的LF精炼渣去除夹杂的能力.结果表明:当w(CaO)=50 %~55%,w(Al2O3) =25 %~30%,即w(CaO)/w(Al2 O3)=1.5~2.0时,优化后的精炼渣不仅能够去除大量的铝脱氧产物Al2O3,而且残余夹杂基本都转变为直径1~5 μm且具有塑性的CaO-MgO-Al2 O3球形复合夹杂.
Laboratory study on reducing Al2O3 inclusions in 50Cr5MoV steel by optimized refining slag
To reduce the Al2O3 inclusions in 50Cr5MoV roller steel produced through EBT-LF-VD -VC process in a steelmaking plant,the LF refining slag was optimized.The influences of optimized slag with different w (CaO)/w (Al2O3) ratios on reducing inclusions were investigated in the laboratory.The results showed that,when w(CaO) =50 %-55 %,w(Al2O3) =25 %-30 % and w(CaO)/w(Al2O3) =1.5-2.0,the slag could not only reduce massive A12O3coming from aluminium deoxidation,but also change the rest into plastic spherical CaO-MgO-Al2O3 compound inclusions whose diameters were 1-5 μm.
