中磷铁水同时脱磷脱硫实验室研究

针对ω([P])在0.33 %~0.44%的中磷铁水,在1 350℃条件下采用喷吹法对同时脱磷脱硫渣系进行了优化试验.结果表明:CaO过剩系数、氧化剂过剩系数和w(CaF2)/ω(CaO)对脱磷的影响不大,但对脱硫影响显著.综合考虑脱磷率、脱硫率和渣量,最佳渣剂组成为CaO过剩系数45%,氧化剂过剩系数15%,ω(CaF2)/ω(CaO)为0.5;用B2O3代替CaF2,须将ω(B2O3)/ω(CaO)控制在0.20以上.
Laboratory research on simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization of medium-phosphorus hot metal
In view of medium-phosphorus hot metal with the phosphorus content between 0.33 % and 0.44 %,a optimization test on simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization slag system was carried out by injection treatment at 1 350 ℃.The results showed that CaO excess coefficient,oxidizer excess coefficient,and ω(CaF2)/ω(CaO) ratio had little effect on dephosphorization,but influenced desulphurization quite appreciably.With the combined consideration to dephosphorization rate,desulphurization rate,and slag quantity,the optimum agent composition was CaO excess coefficient of 45 %,oxidizer excess coefficient of 15 %,and ω (CaF2)/ω (CaO) of 0.5.To substitute B2O3 for CaF2,the ω(B2O3)/ω(CaO) ratio should be maintained above 0.20.
