Research on cold rolling technology of SUS304+Q235B clad strip coil
The cold rolling technology of SUS304 + Q235B clad strip coil was studied on the production line of the single stand cold rolling reverse mill,with the experimental material of SUS304 + Q235B hot-rolling clad strip coil.The cold-rolling deformation law and control technology of cold-rolling process for SUS304 + Q235B clad strip coil were analyzed,and the specified technology parameters were discussed.Finally the suitable process scheme for practical manufacturing was designed.The results showed that the SUS304 + Q235B clad strip coil produced on the single stand cold rolling mill exhibited good combination in the interfaces,and the thickness dimension as well as the mechanical properties could meet customer's requirements.
