Study on reducing proportion of Brazil ore in raw materials of pellet in Ezhou
To reduce the pellet production cost, the research on reducing the proportion of Brazil ore in raw materials of pellet was carried out in Ezhou Pellet Co., Ltd.of Resource Group of WISCO.The proportion of Brazil ore was reduced to less than 40 % by lowering the pre-grinding moisture and optimizing the thermal parameters of grate, which ensured the stable operation of pellet production.The product quality was stable with the compressive strength coming up to 2 626 N per pellet, and the content of harmful elements also met the requirements of blast furnace.
