减少小方坯连铸漏钢的实践

针对抚顺新钢铁有限责任公司炼钢厂小方坯连铸漏钢事故频发的情况,从钢水浇铸条件、工艺操作和环境因素等方面,分析了造成钢水溢漏率高的原因,通过完善结晶器水冷制度,降低中间包钢水过热度,严格规范保护渣操作,进行射钉试验测定坯壳厚度等,使方坯溢漏率明显下降,平均溢漏率降至0.03 %.
Practice of reducing breakout for small billet continuous casting
Aiming at the high chance of breakout for the small billet continuous casting in Fushun New Steel Co., Ltd., the causes of high breakout rate was analyzed from the molten steel casting condition, process operation and environmental factors.Through improving mold cooling system, reducing the superheat degree of molten steel in tundish, strictly standardizing mould powder operation and shooting pin to determine the thickness of billet shell, the breakout rate of the small billet continuous casting was significantly dropped and the breakout rate was reduced to 0.03 %.
