Development and application of key techniques forthe ultra-large scale pellet rotary kiln
Aiming at the problems of short campaign and easy damage of the rotary kiln in Ezhou Pellet Co., Ltd., the techniques of controlling ring, lining material and online gunning at the hood or bottom of the rotary kiln were developed with the improvement of the operation process of the rotary kiln.These measures increased the campaign of the rotary kiln from 3-6 months to 24-26 months and improved the availability of the rotary kiln from 70 % to 98 %.At the same time, in view of the structure and material defects of the support structure, the anti-separation fixed article was developed, which solved the problem of the article welding off.The consumption of lubricating oil used for support bearing was effectively decreased by developing sealing technology of slide bearing cage.
