Effect of adding Jiajiabao iron ore on sinter properties
In order to reduce the cost of sinter,adding certain percentage of Jiajiabao iron ore to sintering materials was researched.The results of sintering pot test showed that both the sinter yield and the drum index tended to decrease gradually as the percentage of Jiajiabao iron ore adding to sintering iron material increased.When the percentage of Jiajiabao iron ore in the sinter rose from 0 to 4.48 ％,the low temperature reduction degradation index (RDI) decreased from 76.7 ％ to 71.9 ％.However,RDI increased when the percentage of Jiajiabao iron ore further increased.
