SUS430黄色脏污缺陷分析与工艺控制

采用电子显微镜与能谱分析对SUS430带钢表面的黄色脏污缺陷进行分析和研究,结果表明:SUS430冷轧带钢表面的黄色脏污缺陷主要是由于生产机组电解段除鳞能力不足,部分氧化铁皮残留在带钢表面造成.通过修订生产机组Na2SO4电解工艺参数、提高脱脂及刷洗能力等措施,SUS430冷轧带钢表面的黄色脏污缺陷得到了消除.
Analysis on yellow stain defect of SUS430 stainless steel and its process control
The yellow stain defect on the surface of SUS430 strip was analyzed and studied by the electron microscope and spectrum analyzer.The results showed that the insufficient ability of descaling in electrolytic area of production unit caused the residual iron scale adhering to strip surface,which was the main cause of the yellow stain defect.By modifying the Na2SO4 electrolysis process parameters,and improving the ability of degreasing and scrub,the yellow stain defect on the surface of SUS430 strip was eliminated.
