采用100%返回料吹氧冶炼(返吹法)GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1钢时,铬收得率低.针对这个问题,对冶炼工艺进行了优化.通过提高随料配入的硅铁量、提高开吹温度和吹炼终点温度等,使熔清铬平均收得率由优化前的51.55%提高到优化后的76.29%,终点铬的收得率由40.49%提高到56.11%.
Practice of improving Cr yield rate during smelting GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel with return blowing oxygen method
The Cr yield rate was low during smelting GX12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel with 100 % returns (return blowing oxygen method).Aiming at this problem,the smelting process was optimized.By increasing the quantity of ferrosilicon added with the burden,raising the temperatures of both start blowing and end blowing,average Cr yield rate at the melting down was increased from 51.55 % to 76.29 %,and the average Cr yield rate at the endpoint was increased from 40.49 % to 56.11%.
