中间包双层挡墙钙镁质填料对钢液夹杂物的影响

带填料的双层挡墙是1种新型的中间包控流装置,选择合适的填料可以更好地去除钢液中夹杂物.研究了使用钙镁质耐火材料作为双层挡墙的填料时,钙镁质耐火材料中w(CaO)对去除钢液夹杂物的影响.研究发现:填入w(CaO)为20%的钙镁质耐火材料时,试样钢中单位面积的夹杂物减少12.92%;而填入w(CaO)为30%的钙镁质耐火材料时,试样钢中夹杂物减少了25.84%.可以看出,钙镁质耐火材料作为中间包双层挡墙填料可以强化中间包去除夹杂物的效果.
Influence of calcium-magnesium filler in double-layer dam in tundish on inclusions in molten steel
Double-layer dam with filler is a new type of the flow control device in tundish.Selecting appropriate filler can remove the inclusions in molten steel preferably.The calcium-magnesium refractory was used as the filler of a double-layer dam,and the effect of w (CaO) of the calciummagnesium refractory on removal of inclusions in molten steel was studied.The results showed that the inclusions per unit area in the steel sample was reduced by 12.92 % when the calcium-magnesium refractory with 20 % w (CaO) was filled in.The inclusions per unit area in the steel sample was reduced by 25.84 % when the calcium-magnesium refractory with 30 % w(CaO) was filled in.It could be concluded that the effectiveness of the inclusion removal in the tundish could be strengthened when the calcium-magnesium refractory was used as the filler of the double-layer dam.
